Melisa Cunningham:

With over 20 years of experience in HR operations, she’s passionate about creating employee-focused outcomes through differentiated service. As the former VP of Global People Care at ServiceNow, Melisa led a global team that delivers excellence, scalability, and cost-effectiveness across the full HR lifecycle, leveraging the power of the Now Platform.
Melisa is a people-first leader who engages, mentors, and coaches my team to achieve high performance and continuous improvement. While at General Electric, she successfully designed, resourced, and led a team of 18 product leaders and specialists to implement and optimize Workday and other delivery solutions for payroll, benefits, retirement, compensation, and time and attendance. She is also proud of stepping up as the interim Head of People Operations at GE, where I oversaw travel and Full Life-Cycle HR, benefits, and payroll delivery.
